The amount paid never expires, vouchers may be used up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers. All complaints or concerns must be submitted in writing to info@cleaningairduct.com within 7 days of service in order for us to efficiently investigate and solve any issues. Please note that electronic and credit/debit card payments are subject to a 3% transaction fee.
Cancellation Policy: Orders are fully refundable if cancelled more than 48 hours prior to appointment time. (Appointments cancelled without prior warning are subject to a $50 cancellation fee)
